Day 13: Fellow

January 13, 2013

Day 13: Fellow

We just bought a new dog! He is so cute.

Well, I have 2 cute, sweet and lovely female dogs last year. One was Spotty, a dalmatian who died but I do not know the reason behind it because my parent’s don’t know what happened either. The other one was Vanilla, a 5 month old shihtzu who died due to kernel cough.

Personally, I do not want to have another dog right now. I haven’t fully recovered from Vanilla’s death. Actually, I can somehow recall her death act yet. However, my dad wanted to have another dog so he bought one and it will be unfair for this cute dog if I do not accept him.

So here’s our new baby – Choco.

He’s a 2 months old, male shihtzu which we brought from Cartimar. He will be Mocha’s new companion. Hopefully, they will get along well. Moreover, I hope that this dog is healthy. I will be praying hard for his health. I do not want to lose another dog again.

Here’s some of his other lovely photos.

Day 12: Shows

Day 12: Shows

I am indeed fond of watching television specially ABS-CBN shows. I just had a good laugh when I watched Banana Split. Their guest comedians were good. My mom can’t even get over their jokes. J

Featuring…

Mocha, our 1+ years old male shihtzu. This photo was taken after he drank buko ni Juan's buko shake. Here’s how his lips look like after drinking… laging may tirang buko sa ilalim ng labihahaha. Cutie!

Day 7: Hobby

Day 7 : Hobby

“The keynote to happiness within the four walls that make any home is plain, wholesome, well cooked food, attractively served.”  - Louis P. De Gouy, The Soup Book

Spent all day at home and got nothing to do so I did what I enjoyed doing before… cooking!
I do not get to do that so often and today is just opportunity grabbed.

RUN DOWN:
Photo 1: Palitaw (Sweet Rice Cake). Usually a New Year delicacy in the Philipppines made from malagkit (gelatinous rice) paired with coconut and sugar with sesame seeds.

Photo 2: Sopas (Chicken Macaroni Soup). Common Filipino soup dish that is made up of elbow macaroni soup and chicken or pork meat. Mixed with various vegetables and hotdogs. My favorite! (Probably second to adobo... J)

Affirm the positive, visualize the positive and expect the positive, and your life will change accordingly.

Day 6: Recall

Day 6: Recall

I just love the feeling of being emancipated from stress (even for a short while)…

So today, I decided to go back to my week long birthday celebration with family and friends through the pictures which I failed to upload up to now. Browse, the photos below and see how happy I am on my birthday celebration. It is just so obvious.

I’ll eventually post the pictures online. For those interested to take a look at those pictures I’ll post the link soon…J

RUN DOWN…

December 24, 2012Celebrated my beedae at Max’s Restaurant at Taytay with my family. Prepared food at home for Jesus’ birthday as well… Happy 25th to me…)

December 25, 2012: My family and I celebrated my beedae and Christmas at Baguio. This was a photo by my sister feat. Me and our beloved dog, Mocha… We also had our family pic with Mocha. J

December 27, 2012: I meet Tin and Daniel at SM Mall of Asia for a dinner at Yabu supposedly since I am dying to dine there since its opening. However, nobody among us bother to place a reservation beforehand and the place was so jam packed when we arrived so we went to Racks instead… then picture taking at Mall of Asia grounds afterwards.

December 28, 2012Day with my close friends. First stop: Premio Taguig for dinner then afterwards, Clarence asked if we want to stop at Resorts World… which we agreed to do so we end up at Newport Mall and Opus Bar and Restaurant...

December 29, 2012: Finally, we fixed our schedules and our long awaited dinner together was held at Kei’s home. It was indeed a fun filled night with story sharing, gift giving and white elephant exchange gift game)

Bittersweet Symphony Verse 2: Organized Clutter

This is basically the same template as my version 1. I just edited few codes and add more icons and blog pets as well (see bottom of page). But then my scatterbrain still needs her notepad so I'm sticking with this. (:

Feel free to browse thru my musings/rants/escapades as I tour around my country (and hopefully beyond)... Enjoy! :)
